Training & Courses
All our training programmes and short courses make groupwork a central part of the learning process. Our psychotherapy training programme is a qualification in individual and group psychotherapy and our BACP accredited Diploma in Counselling includes a module focussing on groupwork theory and practice.
As part of our main trainings each year there is a large group residential which brings huge learning about community building, managing difference and diversity and the dynamics which occur in such settings.
We provide in depth experiential learning (learning through experiencing and doing) with clear boundaries and combine this with rigorous theoretical thinking.
Our professional training programmes can lead to careers with high personal satisfaction in settings such as the NHS, primary care, voluntary organisations, higher and further education, private practice, human resources work in organisations, social services and many others.
For mental health professionals and people working with others professionally in various occupations we offer a range of CPD courses.
