Welcome to The Gestalt Centre, London's only dedicated Gestalt training institute.

We offer a full programme of part-time accredited training in Counselling and Psychotherapy, leading to a London Metropolitan University MA in Gestalt Psychotherapy and individual BACP or UKCP registration.

Our training programme also includes introductory workshops and short courses, experiential groups and Continuous Professional Development short courses for qualified practitioners.

Theory and Practice

Time: 10am - 5pm Fee: £55

This introduction to gestalt theory will begin your discovery of awareness and relationships; the connections between people and how we create, limit and often also destroy these connections. You will be encouraged to participate in lively, stimulating exercises as well as discussion on the theory behind what unfolds. The group format allows and encourages experimenting, testing and trying out. The freedom to take risks within a safe environment will encourage you to live fully in the here and now.
